Reproductions and Fees

Research at the OJA is free of charge. There are certain fees, however, for reproductions and extended research assistance by an archivist. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to order reproductions.

Orders of up to five JPG images can be emailed to the researcher free of charge if requested. For orders of more than five JPGS or for higher resolution scans (TIFFS), a CD will be burned for an additional $3.00. Mailing charges may apply.

The OJA uses an outside contractor for photographic prints. Please contact us directly for pricing options.

Use of Digital Cameras

The OJA allows researchers to use their personal cameras to copy textual records only, provided they receive prior permission from an archivist. The OJA does not permit the use of digital cameras to copy photographs or confidential records.


Use of Personal Scanners

The OJA does not permit the use of personal scanning equipment under any circumstances.
